Return and Refund Policy: Absolutely no refunds or rescheduling permitted.Since PLANET PARTY accommodates only one reservation at a time. You can not request a date change free of charge. If you need to change your date for any reason.You must pay for a new reservation.

Since PLANET PARTY operates as a private event  venue, and we only accommodate one reservation at a time the policy is no refunds, no rescheduling. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

•A nonrefundable  payment in full is required  to reserve. The payment is  entirely nonrefundable.
•All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
•In the event of any cancelations for ANY REASON  whatsoever whether it is personal, or weather related; you agree to forfeit any payments you have made.
